6 Ways To Love You - If you don't love you first, you can hardly expect someone else to love you
It's ok to love yourself for who you are, and for who you want to be. The start to living your best life is accepting your past, living in the present, and loving yourself for everything in-between.
Self love isn't conceited, or vain. It's a vital part of having an emotionally healthy you.
Setting goals daily, because sometimes, we need to celebrate the small wins in order to keep forging ahead to the larger wins. And who doesn't love a winner.
Journaling can help you keep track of how you're doing. Not just with your goals, but you can keep track of emotional triggers.
Focus on the good, because that is where your best life is. Success at anything is about 80% in the mind. Keeping your focus on the good things keeps you on track.
Enjoy the little things. It's those little things that keep us going and consistently bring us to smile.
Love you for who you are. All of us, and I do mean every one of us is constantly changing, and adapting. No one is the same person they were 5 years ago. Our experiences are a part of who we are, and who we become. So Just LOVE you for you.
Give yourself compassion. You have compassion for others, you should also have compassion for yourself. Forgiving yourself for the past, moving forward so that you can be the person that you want to be, and living your best life starts with self compassion.
