Loves Checklist

The 4 things you need to know to love yourself so that you can love others too!

A path to embracing your best life begins with the acceptance of your past, residing fully in the present, and discovering something to cherish within yourself for every moment in between.

Accepting your past, living in the present, and finding something to love about yourself for everything in-between is essential for emotional healing, mindfulness, self-compassion, resilience, fulfillment, improved relationships, and personal growth. It is the cornerstone of a more balanced and content life.

We all have a tendency to be hard on ourselves. You're not alone in that. 80% of having a successful life is in the mind.  If you start loving yourself for who you are, and for who you want to become, your best life can emerge!

Accountability to you.  Relying on someone else for your happiness has a tendency to leave you unhappy quite a lot. Sharing your inner happiness with others makes them feel good too.  There is always a memory or something that you can reflect on for happiness.

Self respect - Respecting your body, mind and soul enables others to readily respect you too!

Forgive yourself.  Everyone has a past that they'd like to forget. Forgive yourself for making mistakes, and be more mindful going forward. Your feelings are valid.  Feelings are not right or wrong, they just are. Forgiving yourself can make you feel better about you.

Self Awareness.  What you say, can not be unheard, not even by you! Be careful how you speak to yourself, negativity has a profound affect on self worth.

Compassion for You. You ARE enough. Forgiving yourself for the past, moving forward so that you can be the person that you want to be.  Living your best life starts with self compassion and loving you for who you are and for who you want to be. Acknowledging that everyone makes mistakes, and that the mistakes do not define who we are.  Part of self-compassion is extending empathy and understanding to yourself, as you would to a dear friend facing challenges. It's a way to offer the same kindness to your own heart that you readily share with others.

In essence, embracing self-compassion is a pivotal step toward living your best life. It's a profound acknowledgement that you are enough, just as you are. It's a commitment to forgiveness, personal growth, and embracing your unique journey with love, understanding, and empathy. Self-compassion is the cornerstone upon which you build the life you want to lead—a life that values and honors your true self.
